  • United States & Canada: 9–15 business days

📦 Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

We process orders quickly, so if you need to make changes, please contact us within 12 hours after placing your order. After that, we may not be able to modify or cancel it.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

We accept returns/exchanges within 14 days of delivery if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please contact us at sipcharm.service@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

Note: We do not accept returns for change of mind.
